Our Story
Waters Edge Winery & Bistro – Broken Arrow is an urban winery in the heart of the Broken Arrow Rose District. We craft our wines from the finest grapes sourced from vineyards around the world. We provide you with a wide selection of red and white wines, as well as a variety of sangria, fruit-infused wines and a selection of bistro-style small plates. We invite you to our winery to taste our various selections, enjoy tours and bottling parties, or to purchase our fine wines to take home. You can even design your own custom label to place on your favorite blend or on a bottle as a personalized gift. We also offer an exclusive wine club, perfect for expert and novice wine drinkers looking to expand their knowledge of the wine world.

The difference between a Waters Edge Winery and a traditional winery is that we do not grow or crush the grapes – we outsource those functions to a global network of vineyards and growers. This lowers the cost of ownership, and removes the biggest risk associated with most wineries.

Just recently moved here from Colorado. I thought it’d be a great idea to get to know the new place a little better and what better way to do that than with some wine tasting and friends. Prior to checking this place out, I’d invite friends to wine tasting and bring someone from Edmond to do it with a sampler. But Waters Edge was the Best decision of 2023 yet! The place 20/10 delivered. It felt homey. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very responsive. She was very attentive and sensitive to our needs. She checked in on us frequently and made sure we were okay. Also, I wish she knew how great how eye-liner was. 💅Each wine we tried was unique; however my favorite of the night was the Lemon something something. Upon tasting, I told my friends that it made sense why they’d save the best for last. It wasn’t dry. It was a perfect blend of fresh, a little sweet, tasty, and refreshing. I also felt like each round of wine brought with it an improved taste and richness. This paired well with the food I ordered. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a nice “treat yourself” type of evening, but I think it’s much better with friends. Besides, sharing is caring.

Great, fast and attentive services. We had already because we were originally going to a brewery that didn’t have food and after dinner we were going to have drinks but the brewery wasn’t welcoming so we got it was a drastic change. Our waitress was very talkative and explained the background of the place and was just wonderful. We had a couple different flights and the soup of the day and grilled cheese with tomato basil for the little one and he enjoyed. The soup of the day was a green Chile and cheese soup. It had just the right balance and the heat was very minimal but still noticeable. Had the waitress pick my flight and she did a great job.

This has a great experience with friends and such a relaxed environment. The Pear cider was a great summer drink to sit and enjoy with friends. The overhead stereo was belting out Billy Joel, and the atmosphere was simply great. Staff was very attentive, we enjoyed beer flights and wine.

The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, staff was friendly and helpful. The food and wine was AMAZING!!! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is how Loud the restaurant is. There needs to be some measures taken to quite the overall volume of sound. It was not only people talking but the staff dropping dishes in tubs behind the bar echoing throughout. We had an older couple with us and they were uncomfortable trying to visit with us. We will try again to see if there's any improvement.

From the bake brie, to the avocado bruschetta, and the meat and cheese tray, the appetizers to share won't let a social gathering of friends be anything less than memorable! The smoked salmon and goat cheese flatbread is perfectly oven baked, and the burgers are mouth-watering. This is a winery, with the grapes being imported from all over the world and made into wine here in Oklahoma. I strongly recommend that you try the many sparkling sangrias. I've had at least one glass of no less than 6 of them and have yet to be disappointed!

I'm obsessed with this restaurant and I think it's the best food in BA! I love how it's different. I can't go without the Wagyu truffle burger. The garlic fries are incredible and I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like. My most recent find was a soup of the day, creamy roasted poblano soup. It was the perfect consistency and cheesy. Yum! It wasn't spicy. I'm a sauce lover and the sauce that comes with the garlic fries is tasty. I think it's a chipotle ketchup. I also really like the horseradish sauce that is paired with their prime rib. Now, let's talk about the wine. I was not a wine connoisseur before being introduced to Water's Edge. However, that's changed! I used to be the girl who would grab a cheap bottle of sweet and bubbly at a big box store, but not now. I've been introduced to so many different styles and flavors of wine! They make their wines on-site. I became a member and receive free tastings for 2 anytime I go. These tastings have helped expand my palate. Wine member night is super fun too! It feels like Cheers and I get to hang out with my friends. Brian and Michelle, the owners, put their passion into this restaurant and it's obvious. I can't say enough good things about this place and it's my go-to when my out of town friends and family visit.

A place that isn't very close to the water, and that doesn't have seafood; but good food (I mean I could look at a map to see if there is some pond or something). They appear to have a good cocktail/alcohol selection (I picked a bad time to quit drinking and sniffing glue). I did chat to some industry folks who know the area and they confirm it's legitimacy on the booze front. The Rose District has really blown up in recent years, and this cozy no frills Bistro is a good addition to that pedigree. I shall return.

I love eating out on the sidewalk BUT the flies are crazy out there. They have little devices/fans that sit on the table but they don't do a great job of keeping the flies off you and your food.
